| If you tried to contact our office and we are already closed, then you have come to the right place. Late Payments Please go to our "Companies Represented" button and call the insurance company direct for payment instructions to save your policy from canceling. In most cases they can take a credit card or check by phone. Most companies also will accept payments mailed to their billing department that are post marked at least one day before the actual cancellation date. We suggest certified mail so you have proof of mailing. Other companies require the payment to be in their office by the cancel date. Each case varies by company. Claims Please phone your claim directly to your insurance company and follow up with a report to our office the next business day we are open.
